Withdrawing in order to move forward: Silence, nature, space and time just for yourself. Nobody disturbs you. Let go. Relax. Concentrate on the essentials - in a peaceful environment without frills.
The LüttenHof is a former farm outside a village of 68 people in the Griese region. Set back on a little road with hardly any traffic, it offers the experience of quiet retreat and simultaneous connection with the world. The 4000m² property with sheds, stables, barn, meadow, two motorhome pitches and mighty trees offers various places to sit, exercise, be creative and lie outside. The site is surrounded on three sides by fields where storks, cranes, geese, swans and white herons, but above all roe deer, bucks and even stags, which sometimes venture onto the property, can be seen. A few hundred meters away flows the Rögnitz, where there is a small natural bathing area. Field and forest paths are ideal for cycling, walking, jogging or just letting yourself go. In the house there is only one simply renovated "retreat hut" with original floorboards and straw-clay walls for those seeking peace and quiet: 1 room with bed (1.60m) at a comfortable height, oversized comforters, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, mini-kitchen, glazed spacious porch, private entrance, private garden area on the street side with covered pergola and garden furniture. The common room in the house and the entire grounds can also be used. Due to the small number of overnight accommodations, there is hardly any distraction from others. As a highly qualified, experienced and empathic body and movement psychotherapist and holistic coach, Tanja von Heintze offers process support through professional mentoring on request.
