Built in 1992 in the half-timbered style, Landhaus Schwerin is idyllically situated on the northern outskirts of the city and offers a quiet yet convenient location on the B 106. Popular cycle paths run in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to go on tours around the Schwerin lakes. The guesthouse has nine comfortably furnished single and double rooms as well as a vacation apartment. A rich breakfast in the morning ensures a successful start to the day - whether for business appointments or during a relaxing vacation in the region.

The adjoining café offers homemade cakes and fine coffee specialties, which can also be enjoyed in the orchard, on the terrace or the adjacent meadow in good weather.
