The healing center opens up a space for integral healing processes. In addition to the private medical practice with two experienced doctors, there is a midwife's practice and a healing practice in which alternative practitioners, body therapists and companions for inner processes work. In addition, multi-day cures and special days are offered.
The private medical practice is run by Dr. Elina Hildebrand and Paul Helle. The experienced specialists are available with their expertise in conventional medicine and naturopathy. The practice sees both acute patients who are looking for a holistic GP, as well as people with chronic conditions or an interest in improving their general health. The specialists take the time to take a detailed medical history and develop individual treatment plans. A wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are available - as well as performance-enhancing procedures such as intermittent hypoxia training and cryotherapy. With over six specialized and experienced therapists, the healing practice covers a broad spectrum of treatments and therapeutic approaches. These range from Ayurveda treatments and massages to energy work such as Reiki, trauma work and talk therapy. Sessions can be booked individually or as part of a therapy plan. In addition to home births, the midwife practice offers antenatal and postnatal care and provides couples with individual and holistic support for parenthood. The highlight is a multi-day cure with a retreat in a monastery. The cures serve to prevent and care for your body. The focus of these healing treatments is on procedures that have a draining and regulating effect on the body system, cleansing and strengthening it. During their stay, guests spend the night directly opposite in the modern Saunstorf Monastery, a place of tranquillity. The healing center and monastery are nestled in the wonderful natural surroundings of Mecklenburg between Lake Schwerin and the beautiful Hanseatic City of Wismar.
