Located in the middle of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heath Nature Park, we offer unforgettable vacations at our equestrian farm.

Our riding club MP Horse Stables Dobbertin e.V. offers everything around leisure riding for beginners and advanced riders. For your trail rides, excursions and riding lessons we are happy to provide you with our school horses. If you would like to bring your own horse, we can offer you sufficient pasture.

Our services are among others:

riding lessons in the classical riding style as well as in western-oriented riding
organized trail rides with overnight stays
pony rental for the smallest and youngest ones

Dobbertin Abbey and church

The abbey of Dobbertin, on the eastern shore of the lake of the same name, is one of the most beautiful surviving monasteries in northern Germany. It was founded by Benedictine monks in 1220. Today, the abbey is managed by the Diakoniewerk, which looks after and supports people with mental and emotional disabilities. The workshop sells, among other things, candles and wooden articles.
