The very well developed municipal harbor is located on the ground side at the end of the Prerow stream.
Water pedal boats, rowing boats, motor boats and kayaks are available for rent. Those who would rather be driven can start a Bodden round trip with a passenger ship from here.
The resting place has 50 guest berths. The access road has a target depth of 2.5 meters.

The NATUREUM as a natural history museum in the National Park of "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" is located on the peninsula Darß near Prerow directly at the accessible lighthouse Darßer Ort and is one of several locations of the German Oceanographic Museum.
