The Grand Ducal House Administration in Schwerin, built between 1883 and 1884 under architect Rudolf Zöllner, is located on the corner of Schloßstraße and Ritterstraße. Originally used as the court marshal's office, the building also served as a savings institution for a time and was connected to the Hotel du Nord in 1920. The architectural highlight features a rusticated base, an ornate central risalit and a slate-covered plateau roof in the Baroque style. Inside, a magnificent hall with a flat vault and filigree tracery is impressive.

The Grand Ducal House Administration, also known as the Administration of the Grand Ducal House, is located on the corner of Schloßstraße and Ritterstraße in Schwerin, opposite the Old Palace and the College Building. The building was erected between 1883 and 1884 under architect Rudolf Zöllner and initially served as the court marshal's office. The savings institution was also housed here for a time before moving to Lindenstraße. In 1920, the Palais was connected to the neighboring Hotel du Nord and has housed various financial administrations ever since.

Architecturally, the building impresses with a five-axis rusticated base and a richly decorated central risalit that protrudes above the roof zone. The windows are adorned with elegant round and triangular gables. The slate-covered plateau roof with ornate mansards echoes Baroque elements. Inside, a magnificent hall impresses with a flat vault and filigree tracery, which emphasizes the classical elegance of the room. The Grand Ducal House Administration is an important example of late 19th century architecture in Schwerin.
