Enjoy the aromatic coffee from our own roasting according to the best quality.

The coffee beans are sourced by the Fleesensee roastery, under the direction of the experienced coffee roaster Sarah Triphaus, from various growing areas around the world.

In addition, the roastery offers a variety of homemade products - from its own SCHLOSS apple juice to jams made from fruit from the resort's own farm and game specialties from its own hunt. In addition, selected products from regional partners are sold - such as fish from Müritz fishermen or Müritz Gin, whose juniper berries come from the nearby Müritz National Park. For those who find it difficult to decide between the wide range of products, there are also various gift baskets with selected delicacies on offer.
