Schumann Eis - a synonym for high-quality, handmade ice cream from our own production for over 20 years. We produce according to traditional recipes, without any preservatives or flavor enhancers. By using regional ingredients, we actively support our home region. We are particularly proud of our sand dune ice cream, which has been awarded the "Frisches aus dem Ostseeland" quality seal. The ADAC-Motorwelt magazine praised it in its 05/2008 issue: "... Café Schumann in Bresewitz has the best sand dune ice cream far and wide ..."
