Devil's oven - barrow
From the B321 between Parchim and Crivitz, turn off in Neu Ruthenbeck at the southern end into the road leading north. Here you will also find a sign to the Teufelsbackofen. Drive to the end of the road and you will see the megalithic tomb north of the field. The stone tomb is a chamber in northeast-southwest direction, of which the northeastern end is preserved. A huge capstone rests on two supporting stones on each of the long sides and two capstones in the northeast, but it is broken into three parts. Its dimensions are 4 x 2.8 x 1.0 meters. Another bearing stone lies tilted and somewhat dragged south of the preserved part.
