For years, we've been inviting people to go on a hike on New Year's Day starting at the former Konsum. This tradition dates back to the 1980s.

First, we’ll go for a walk (a group walk at 1:30 p.m. toward Werder Island), and then we’ll raise a toast together to the new, peaceful year 2027. From 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., enjoy the first afternoon of the new year with coffee and cake, good conversation, and a slide show at the DÖRPLADEN—we’ll treat you to a round and sing: A LITTLE PEACE!!!!
