Amid the introduction of the euro, online blogs, and coffee-to-go, a generation is trying to find itself—yet, caught up in the frenzy of possibilities, it remains hopelessly lost. Right in the middle of it all: Johanna, who sets off from her small town for Berlin, filled with dreams, curiosity, and a suitcase full of expectations. But instead of a romantic reunion with her boyfriend, a bitter surprise awaits her there—and the leap into real life. But what is really real? In a chaotic shared apartment, she meets people with very different life plans, longings, and contradictions, until a tempting offer turns the reality of the shared apartment upside down.
