A new artistic dance project by the intergenerational ensemble "Tanzlabor Wismar".
The digital world casts a spell over us all, young and old. We swipe and chat, like and hate, store and play with increasing frequency and intensity. We allow ourselves to be distracted by videos and podcasts, talk to Siri or AI. This overlooks the extent to which we are gradually alienating ourselves from each other. Yet we act like medicine for each other when we are there for each other and encourage each other. Dance is a particularly powerful form of expression to tell with the body what words often cannot express. Through dance, we celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of each person. WISMAR STORIES aims to touch, fascinate and inspire, but also to make people think.
