The Stralsund Enthusiasts' Orchestra performs works by Rossini, Wolf-Ferrari, and Schumann
Founded in 2014, the Enthusiastenorchester Stralsund brings together dedicated amateur and professional musicians from the Stralsund, Rügen, and Greifswald areas. To have the flexibility to carry out its own projects, the ensemble founded the independent association “Enthusiastenorchester Stralsund e.V.” in 2018.
On November 20 and 21, 2026, the orchestra, conducted by Yoshihiro Horie, will perform works by Rossini, Wolf-Ferrari, and Schumann. The soloist is Andreas Markowski (oboe).
