We’re transforming the harbor into a theatrical setting with spectacular scenery on the water.
The production “The Gun-Crazy Women of Öhe” is based on a true story and oral traditions, and intertwines Fallada’s fictional characters—the Nipperwiesen sisters—with the biographies of Ida and Laurette Schilling, two women who fought for self-determination, freedom, and their survival on the island of Öhe in the early 20th century.
Premiere: July 30, 2026, 7:00 p.m.
