Spring market with regional exhibitors and traditional Easter bonfire
The event season at Stargard Castle begins again this year with the traditional spring market. It starts at 10 am on Saturday, April 04, 2026. Visitors from near and far can look forward to a wide variety of regional traders with culinary specialties such as ostrich or lamb, homemade beef sausage, fish creations, as well as ceramics, jewelry made from a wide range of materials, indoor and outdoor plants, textiles, home accessories and much more.
With a wide range of handmade and homemade products from local traders who are passionate about their work, you are guaranteed to find an individual Easter gift for your loved ones. The market heralds the long-awaited arrival of spring and is not only an opportunity to buy local products, but also a place to meet up with family and friends, exchange ideas and enjoy the special atmosphere of Burg Stargard on a stroll.
All younger guests can try their hand at creative spring crafts and visit the Easter bunny on site. A small highlight will also be a train for children on the forecourt of the museum. Delicious cakes and coffee specialties will be available as usual in the museum café next door. Admission is free on this day.
At 5 p.m., the Burg Stargard volunteer fire department will take over and light the traditional Easter bonfire.
