Clearing nature of garbage and litter together.
Under the motto "Making a difference together - spring cleaning in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve", the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve Office and the spa administrations invite all interested parties to lend a hand and clean up our nature on the last Saturday in March. It starts at 10:30 am.
The spring clean will take place in the Granitz, Goor and Zicker Berge nature reserves.
At the same time, waste collection campaigns will also start in many communities of the biosphere reserve.

The waste collected will be disposed of by the spa administrations of the municipalities. Please remember to bring gloves for the spring cleaning campaigns. Garbage bags are available on site.
In addition to the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, the town of Putbus, the spa administrations of Sellin, Baabe and Mönchgut, the volunteer fire departments of Baabe and Putbus, the association Rügen rollt! e.V., Küstenkinder e.V. and various Göhren clubs are taking part in this year's spring clean.
