With their new band, the Songland Trio, Sarah Lipfert (vocals), Christoph Reuter (piano), and Stephan Bormann (guitar) can pursue their great passion together and write songs that transcend stylistic boundaries, incorporating influences from soul, pop, jazz, and the singer-songwriter genre. Her lyrics are full of poetry, and the songs are musical snapshots. At the heart of their music is Sarah Lipfert’s enchanting voice, which she skillfully showcases in both English and German. Together with Christoph Reuter—known for his boundless enthusiasm and a healthy dose of humor—and the groovy guitar virtuoso Stephan Bormann, they create a unique synergy.
