"I know this really sucked for you, but I've got a life to live, okay?"
Nearly Wild in Concord Floral
Concord Floral is an abandoned greenhouse on the outskirts of town. A place that nature has reclaimed. A “lost place” that becomes a popular hangout for teenagers and the setting for parties and secrets. When the teens discover a dead body there one day, bizarre and inexplicable things begin to happen. What can a friendship withstand? Who stands by whom, and what does the past have to do with the present?
Under the direction of the Department of Theater Education and Participation, this play brings together young people and senior women from the city ensemble on stage. Preparations begin in December and culminate in an intensive workshop and rehearsal phase during winter break, so that the play can subsequently be performed several times at the M*Halle.
The production’s set design is made possible by the “Hand in Hand for Northern Germany” charity campaign.
