Every month, the "Spielend Zusammenkommen" initiative invites singles up to age 60 from the Schwerin area to get to know one another on a nature walk.
This time, the singles walk on the last Sunday in September will take us around Crivitzer Lake (4 km), followed by a detour along Liebesallee to the arboretum. There, we’ll find many native tree species and an orchard meadow.
A few important notes:
Waterproof shoes are recommended for this hike. Conditions may be wet and muddy.
Everyone participates at their own risk and is responsible for assessing their own fitness level. Dogs that are comfortable around groups of people and don’t unnecessarily stress their owners are welcome and usually make for a great icebreaker.
As always, this walk is free and requires no registration. To support the “Spielend Zusammenkommen” initiative, you’re welcome to make a small donation of about €1 per person, but it’s not required.
The volunteer-run initiative “Spielend Zusammenkommen” aims to bring singles from the Schwerin region together in real life—respectfully and with very low barriers to entry—without relying on dating apps. So far, several couples and good friendships have formed as a result—reducing frustration caused by loneliness and making Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania a happier place.
