Arrive - Rest - Realign

Immerse yourself in the gentle sounds of the singing bowls, accompanied by the warm voice and delicate instrumental sounds of Ines Wassermann. For one hour, a space full of vibrations opens up, bringing harmony to body, mind and soul - a sound space that carries you, calms you and realigns you internally.

The sounds help to let go of tension, release blockages and find deep relaxation. They can stimulate your self-healing powers and lead you into a state of inner peace and security - from an alert mind to meditative depth.

The session takes place lying down - softly bedded, eyes closed, just listening to the flow of sounds. Let yourself be carried, relax and experience how gentle vibrations bring you back to your center.

  • Admission: 12 €
  • Some yoga mats are available - if possible, please bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes and cozy socks, bring a blanket and something to drink.
  • Registration: please register in advance with Ines Wassermann on 0157 79049546 (please leave a message, she will call you back).
