On this half day, I invite you to give yourself a conscious breathing space.
Out in nature, you can slow down and calm down and get back in touch with yourself.
Part of this time-out is a carefully guided threshold walk. You go out into nature on your own for a while - without a goal and without having to. You follow your perception, let your surroundings guide you and take time for yourself. Perhaps you will discover a place that feels particularly harmonious and gives you strength. It is an opportunity to switch off your head and let your impulses guide you.
