Financial Plan
On November 11, the focus will be on the financial plan as a key management tool. How can you structure your own planning effectively, and what practical tools can help make the numbers understandable and manageable? This module in particular often sparks “aha” moments that provide confidence and clarity for the next steps.
The “GründungsRaum” is part of the joint project Land.Vorteil.Gründung, supported by neuland21, Leuphana University of Lüneburg, the University of Lübeck, Wir bauen Zukunft eG,
the DeveLUP Future Center in Ludwigslust, and WFL – Economic Development Agency of the Duchy of Lauenburg. The project is funded as part of the “WIR! – Change through Innovation in the Region” program line of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The program strengthens regional alliances that jointly identify areas of innovation and develop new perspectives for structural change. It is aimed at regions with untapped innovation potential and supports them in establishing sustainable, self-sustaining structures.
