Bianca Nehmzow and Heike Sticker invite you to spend an evening practicing Qi Gong together in the concert pavilion in Rhododendron Park.
The evening is divided into two blocks:
1st block: 16:00 -18:00
2nd block: 18:30 - 20:30
This evening will focus on the following topics:
- Stomach/spleen Qi Gong
- 18 harmony exercises
- 5 elements Qi Gong
- Meridian tapping for health care
- Taiji Bailong ball
The compensation for both blocks is 54,00 €.
