It was actually supposed to end in 2026—but the farewell tour of Peter Orloff & the Black Sea Cossack Choir turned into a true triumph: sold-out venues, additional concerts, and the 2026 SMAGO Award for “Tour of the Year.” Due to overwhelming demand, “Triumph of a Legend” is now being extended!

Peter Orloff, grandson of a tsarist general and composer of mega-hits such as “Du” (Peter Maffay) and “Der kleine Prinz” (Bernd Clüver), spent 59 years on the German charts—and at 82, he’s as fit as ever. His ensemble of opera stars and instrumental virtuosos from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus whisks the audience away for two hours into the fascinating world of old Russia.
