Because it was so wonderful: Traditional picnic concert with Andreas Pasternack in Gresse
His weekly show “Jazz-Time” on NDR 1 Radio MV, which he co-hosts with Joachim Böskens, has achieved cult status. His musical range is extraordinary. Pasternack’s virtuoso blend of jazz, swing, and pop is paired with pure joy of playing—an invitation even to audiences not typically drawn to jazz to kick off the summer with energy and good cheer.
Now a tradition in its own right, the popular musician will present his latest program to his fans in Gresse on June 19 at 7 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.), staying true to his recipe for success. The audience can look forward to live music featuring the most beautiful evergreens in the tradition of show legends like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and others, as well as songs by Udo Jürgens and his own interpretations of popular oldies and contemporary pop tunes.
Join us and enjoy a summer evening in the beautiful setting of the parish garden of the Gresse parish (Zarrentiner Str. 1).
Please bring your good spirits, seating such as a picnic blanket or folding chairs, and any snacks and drinks you’d like to enjoy there. Drinks and homemade bread will also be available on-site from the parish.
In case of bad weather, the concert will take place in the church.
Tickets for this special outdoor concert are available at the Elbe Bookstore in Boizenburg and by phone at 0176 25718825.
