St. Marienkirche Ribnitz invites you to the opening of the exhibition "k_l_a_n_g Bilder" by Henry Günther. The exhibition opening will be followed by the concert "NOT ONLY BACH".

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, the exhibition "k_l_a_n_g Bilder" by Henry Günther will open in St. Marienkirche Ribnitz. The opening will take place after the church service at around 11 am. On display are artists' books, works on paper and paintings. The opening will be accompanied by a book premiere and the world premiere of the composition "laute der violine / b_a_c_h. ein klang" by Malte Hübner to a poem by Henry Günther.

This will be followed at 12 noon by the concert "NICHT NUR BACH". Five works from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern by Julia Deppert-Lang, Benjamin Lang, Peter Manfred Wolf, Birger Petersen and Malte Hübner will be performed around the sonata for solo violin in A minor by Johann Sebastian Bach. Malte Hübner and Julia Deppert-Lang will perform as members of the Verein für Neue Musik Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Admission is free, a collection for the artists is requested. The exhibition will then be on display until July 25, 2026.
