A culinary journey through the Granitz, inspired by the surroundings, cooked over the fire.
This meal takes place in the forest - in a place with no fixed infrastructure, supported by trees, earth and light.
The food is cooked over an open fire, using simple ingredients from the immediate surroundings. What is put on the table follows the rhythm of the season and what the forest has to offer.
For this one evening, a communal table is created among the trees.
Damon and the Onda team bring with them their experience of cooking over an open fire - a cuisine that adapts to the location and situation and creates something unique from just a few ingredients.
The food is cooked on a Feuerring fire bowl - a reduced, sculptural fireplace that combines cooking and community and brings people together around the fire as a matter of course.
It's about pausing, sharing and paying attention to the moment: the crackling of the fire, the smell of wood and earth, being together outside.
