Experience sporty with Nordic Walking the primeval forest of the Jasmund National Park, the chalk coast with the high shore path and the flint stone beach. Stone Age and Bronze Age graves line the way and it is reported from this time of the megalithic graves.
On an adventurous Nordic walking tour through the Jasmund National Park, along the high shore path of the chalk coast and the flint beach and past Germanic ramparts and mysterious stones from the Stone Age, you will enjoy fantastic views of the chalk coast and the sea. Barrows and an old hidden chalk quarry with a view of the harbor town of Sassnitz provide incomparable impressions.
You will learn everything about the historical chalk mining and the succession from the abandoned chalk open pit to a protected biotope. Basic knowledge of Nordic walking is required. The guide is a certified nature and landscape guide and medical nordic-walking instructor.
Dates: From May to October every Monday (on request also possible on other days).
