We - musicians of the Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle - break conventions, explore boundaries and reconcile contradictions. The first edition of the new concert format Nachtmusik und Nebelnoise explores the field of tension between chaos, ecstasy, rebellion and culture, the unconditional medium for understanding, love, vulnerability and utopias. We are inspired by the freedom-loving musical attitude of Frank Zappa and love songs of our time and the past. Different musical styles from pop to contemporary classical music come together - arranged and composed by Lukas Mühlhaus, Ben Nobuto, Frank Zappa and others.
