A grand medley of colorful melodies from classical music, musicals, operettas, film, and pop to kick off the New Year 2027. Featuring Rügen’s youngest soloist, Florentine Fritsch, and surprise guests.
Twelve-year-old Florentine Fritsch from the small town of Hagen am Königsstuhl enchants audiences with her high, clear soprano voice. She will sing highlights from operetta, classical music, musicals, film, and more, including Bach-Gounod’s “Ave Maria,” “Moonlight” from the musical *Cats*, “You Raise Me Up,” “Vilja, the Forest Maiden,” and “The Little Heather Flower” by Schubert and Goethe. She will be accompanied by her teacher, Alex Bergstedt, on the concert grand piano. Surprise guests are also expected, including a young pianist from Rügen and a trumpeter who will perform famous melodies.
