Final public concert
The final concert of the Müritz Guitar Festival 2026 will be performed by guitarist David Agulo Arce from Costa Rica.
David Angulo Arce combines professional music training, extensive teaching experience and international performance experience in an inspiring musical personality. He holds a Bachelor of Music from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, specializing in guitar, teaching methodology and performance.
His various competition successes (e.g. multiple prizewinner of national guitar competitions, winner of the "Plasmando Huellas" competition) and regular participation in international guitar festivals and master classes (with Aniello Desiderio, Edin Karamazov, Nejc Kuhar, among others) are proof of his artistic excellence. Most recently, he received a German scholarship in 2025 and performed at the "Meister von Morgen" concert series in Rostock, Berlin and Bonn as well as at the Joseph Haydn Guitar Symposium.
The concert is free of charge.
