Astrid Kloock's book "Emmy und Emmerich, Wolf Spillner (1936-2021) Der Natur-Erzähler" is a tribute to her husband, the writer and nature photographer Wolf Spillner.
Astrid Kloock, born in 1943, graduated from high school in Ludwigslust, studied German and Slavic studies at the University of Rostock, studied journalism in Leipzig, worked as a proofreader and editor in Berlin, press and public relations officer in the State Chancellery of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Freelance journalist and publicist since 2006.
