Dubkevitz manor house was owned by the v. d. Osten family from the end of the 15th to the middle of the 19th century. The present house was built on the site of a previous building in 1777, extensively remodeled in the Wilhelminian style in the early 1870s and extended with an annex in 1913 by the Ostens' successors, the v. Berg family. After their expropriation in 1945, refugees from Pomerania lived in the house. The house was re-privatized in 2003; since 2010 it has been owned by Catrione Garrett, who, together with her husband Joachim Ernst v. Marschall, has completely renovated the dilapidated building and given it back its baroque appearance. The house is situated in a park and garden area of around 3 hectares. The estate also includes a transformer house from the early days of Rügen's electrification from 1912 (technical monument).
