Real Stories Instead of Dry Theory We’ll start with a casual talk about the journey of marzipan—from its origins to the present day in our SUMARA workshop. This isn’t about dates, but about real knowledge: How do you recognize good quality? What matters most in the manufacturing process? We’ll round out the presentation with an engaging TV segment that we’ll show via projector. This gives you a direct glimpse into our work—something you wouldn’t normally see in the store.
The best is saved for last: the tasting. Of course, we won’t let you leave without trying some for yourself. After the theoretical part, it’s time to snack. We’ll serve you various samples from our assortment so you can taste the subtle differences. There’ll be plenty of time for your questions and a little chat among like-minded people.
