Family concert with the Mecklenburg-Schwerin Staatskapelle Schwerin for ages 7 and up
An orchestra is like a big family of sounds: Many different instruments, voices and sounds come together. But how do they actually become music? How important is it that the musicians listen to each other? How do they help each other? When do you have to hold back and let another voice take the lead? And how do you reconcile all the imaginative ideas of the many participants to create something wonderful together in the end?
This family concert invites young and old to discover the world of the orchestra - and to experience how many individual voices come together to create a unified sound. The Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle shows us the challenges, but also the wonderful possibilities that lie in the cooperation of an orchestra.
Join in, get creative, get involved - at the Mecklenburg State Orchestra's family concert in the castle courtyard!
