A look at the year 2012
We are delighted to be able to show you some historical films from Wismar again this year - in cooperation with the city archive! On the last Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. we show films about the town's history, from town festivals to church buildings, from the 1960s to the present day: join us on a journey through Wismar's eventful history!
The film evenings offer an open, honest view of Wismar: of festivals and everyday life, of change and continuity. It's about preserving and questioning, remembering and discussing. Every evening is an invitation to rediscover the city's history together. Historical films from the city archive are shown, many of which are otherwise hardly accessible.
Nils Jörn from the city archive will host the event and will be available for questions or discussions afterwards. All interested parties are welcome.
