Jeanine Vahldiek (harp, vocals) as well as Steffen Haß (percussion, vocals) create an amazingly audience-oriented and relaxed atmosphere live through their carefree appearance. Lots of humor, inspiration and the sometimes deep, philosophical song lyrics are not mutually exclusive, but fit the original style of the two musicians. At the band's concerts, it only takes seconds for this magic to reach you, which Jeanine and Steffen exude with their incomparable sound and naturalness.
Jeanine moved abroad after her music studies in Berlin. First song ideas developed during longer stays in Australia and China. What she experienced there awakened in her the need to put it into words and melodies and to share it with others. Steffen also decided to study music in Berlin and has since been touring as a drummer with various bands. When the paths of the two musicians crossed in 2009, they quickly found a connection with each other and subsequently founded the "Jeanine Vahldiek Band".
In December 2014, after "come with me" (2010) and "a little courage" (2012), their third CD, "blank canvas", was released.
In a concert of the "Jeanine Vahldiek Band" one gets to know completely new worlds of sound, which have a hypnotic effect on the listener.
