When music becomes home: MAKS and regional artists invite you to share the experience. Intimate, emotional, and connected—with an after-show party lasting late into the night.
Music, Home, and Connections: “Ich komm nach Hause” brings together MAKS and regional artists for a special evening in Greifswald.
“Ich komm nach Hause” is more than just a concert. It’s an evening filled with music, personal stories, and genuine encounters.
The MAKS format combines modern pop music with a close connection to the audience and a special atmosphere.
Following the successful first edition, “Ich komm nach Hause” returns to the Kulturbahnhof Greifswald on October 17, 2026—bigger, more intense, and with a clear vision.
The focus is on MAKS’s music: honest, relatable, and full of emotion. Known for his appearances on “The Voice of Germany,” among other things, he tells stories on stage about home, change, loss, and finding one’s place in life—moments in which many people can see themselves reflected.
At the same time, “Ich komm nach Hause” deliberately creates a space for selected artists from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
The event aims to provide regional musicians with a stage to present their music live to an audience, all within a carefully curated overall concept featuring emotional storytelling and a unique atmosphere.
Anyone who’d like to enjoy a leisurely meal before the concert can do so right at the Kulturbahnhof. To ensure adequate preparation, please call the Kulturbahnhof in advance to place an order. The cost of food and drinks is not included in the ticket price.
Following the concert, the evening opens up to all other guests starting at 10 p.m.: At the official after-show party, people without a concert ticket can join the event and celebrate together until the early morning hours for a cultural contribution of 10 euros.
The result is not just an ordinary concert evening, but an experience that brings people together, puts the region on the map, and enriches Greifswald with a modern, recurring cultural event.
