Forest meditation - my time out in nature
Meditation, meditative in Latin, means to think or contemplate with the aim of achieving a state in which all thoughts come to rest. Meditation in the forest is a calming meditation, the energy of the forest enhances the meditation process and promotes a connection with the earth and oneself.
The forest environment helps to reduce stress hormones and strengthen the immune system. In today's digital and fast-paced world, it is more important than ever to find those moments of stillness and relaxation in nature.
