A bike tour to mystical places in the nature park through the Nebeltal valley and to Hinzenhagen to see devils, witches and other eerie creatures. Cycle tour with a nature park ranger
There are numerous places around Kuchelmiß that are deeply rooted in regional legends: "Bie'n Gericht", "Bratstein", "Großmutterstein" and the "Verlobungsinsel" are local sites that play a central role in many tales. It is said that the devil and his grandmother, the subterraneans - also known as dwarves - and the "Wild Hunt" once wreaked havoc in this area. The legends tell of innocent convicts, couples in love, but also of animals and plants that play an important role in the stories of the region.
Anyone who would like to experience these mysterious and legendary places for themselves is cordially invited to take part in the legendary cycle tour on Saturday, June 13. A ranger from the nature park will accompany the tour and introduce participants to the region's rich world of legends.
The meeting point for the tour is at 10 am in the parking lot of the Kuchelmiß watermill. It is recommended that you bring weatherproof clothing, sufficient food and drink. The tour is canceled in bad weather.
