Exclusive Insights into the Peenemünde Army Research Center

This tour offers a glimpse into the Peenemünde Army Research Center—both inside and outside the fence. The tour starts in Karlshagen, then continues by bike along the bike path to Peenemünde, with several stops and explanations about the remains of the facilities. Our destination is the Müggenhof, where you’ll find a small exhibition featuring original artifacts from the era of the Army Research Center. Then we’ll get in the car and drive through the restricted area (from Werk West to Test Stand 7). On the way back, we’ll hop back on our bikes and ride past Peenemünde Harbor along the dike back to Karlshagen. Duration: about 4.5 hours. Maximum 6 people. Registration required.
