Orchestral Concert
An entire symphony in a chamber music arrangement! In this matinee, Kit Armstrong focuses on the “Eroica” and presents the masterpiece as a piano quartet together with members of the Quatuor Hermés.
Beethoven specialist Jan Caeyers will also be joining them. Kit Armstrong and Caeyers have formed a true dream team that, since 2024, has been exploring the creative phases of the “Lonely Revolutionary”—as Caeyers also calls the composer—through their own concert series, “Beethoven27.” The German-speaking Belgian will provide the introduction and serve as moderator on this special morning.
