SkillsDays 2026 and Albert Einstein Cup in Neubrandenburg
The city of Neubrandenburg will become the center of digital skills development next week. With the opening of SkillsDays 2026, WorldSkills Germany is sending out a clear signal for the quality of vocational training in Germany. From 20 to 22 May 2026, experts from business, politics and education will come together to set the course for securing the skilled workforce of tomorrow. The Albert-Einstein-Gymnasium Neubrandenburg, a nationwide performance center for software development, forms the heart of the event and will host the Albert-Einstein-Cup from May 18 to 21, 2026. The best young software developers in Europe will compete for the challenge cup in two IT professions on the premises of the grammar school. Under the watchful eye of national coach Dr. Olaf Kappler, the high technical level of training in these future-critical areas will become clear in the auditorium of the Bundesleistungszentrum.
