The musical career of physician Dr. Udo Franke began early on.
Dr. Blues & friends have been an integral part of the Rostock music scene for 25 years now. With great skill, the Rostock doctor and musician always brings an interesting mix of musicians onto the stage to jam and make music together. The show is often enriched by guests who like to join in the musical action by singing and playing.
The band's repertoire ranges from folk blues to groovy electric blues and boogie woogie. But the quiet slow blues also finds its place here.
In a charming way, Dr. Blues knows how to motivate his audience to sing along and even dance, so that a very special atmosphere always arises at the concerts.
