Honest is an oldies cover band from Barth, and they’re celebrating their 15th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the band will perform a dinner concert at Ingo’s Speiselokal, right on the harbor. The restaurant serves modern fusion cuisine. The evening brings you up close and personal with the musicians. You’ll hear original rock, well-known favorites, and personal stories from Honest’s 15-year journey.
The band will play three live sets. In between, Ingo’s Speiselokal will serve a three-course meal. The “soundcheck” consists of smoked pumpkin cream soup with sea buckthorn, mustard caviar, roasted pumpkin seeds, and Bodden bread. The main course is slow-braised beef cheek in dark beer jus, served with mashed potatoes and celery, glazed vegetables, and caramelized onions. The encore is a warm baked apple crumble with vanilla soft-serve ice cream, sea buckthorn salted caramel, and toasted hazelnuts. A vegetarian alternative is available upon advance request.
