The Kunstatelier Warnemünde (KAWA) is located in the heart of Warnemünde, where artist Diana Teschner also presents some of her works.
Diana Teschner was born in Hamburg-Harburg in 1968 and discovered her passion for drawing and painting at an early age. What began with her first fairytale figures and portrait drawings developed further over the years. She deepened her artistic knowledge with an art correspondence course in Switzerland, laying an important foundation for her career as an artist.
Today, she mainly works in a surreal style and has developed her own form of artistic expression over the years. In her paintings, she combines fantasy with reality and creates pictorial worlds that leave room for feelings, thoughts and dreams.
Her works are created in oil and acrylic painting and invite the viewer to wander between the visible and inner world.
