Out and about with the ranger in a special forest
On "Beech Forest Day", we take you into a unique forest. On June 25, 2011, five German beech forest areas were recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Serrahn beech forest with its hills and small moors is one of them. Experience the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Ancient Beech Forests" in the lush green of summer and the impressive power of the emerging wilderness.
