Spring is here - time to start the cycling season together! A special cycle tour awaits you on the Anradeln between the four-gate town and Stargard Castle, where the town, lake, castle and history are combined in a unique way.
The tour starts at 10:00 a.m. on the market square in Neubrandenburg. From there, the tour takes you along the impressive medieval fortifications and ramparts and through the historic city gates of the four-gate city. During the tour, you will hear exciting stories about the town and its past.
The tour continues along the picturesque Lake Tollensesee, past the Hinterste Mühle and the Papiermühle - always accompanied by nature, views and interesting information about the region. The destination of the tour is the historic Stargard Castle in Burg Stargard, one of the oldest preserved hilltop castles in northern Germany.
Once at the top, a special highlight awaits you: an exclusive guided tour of the castle with a magnificent view over the countryside. You can also experience the Artes Mechanicae - Medieval Crafts and Life event, where medieval crafts and the life of times gone by are brought to life.
The tour is suitable for young and old and combines exercise, nature and exciting stories from the region. After your stay at the castle, you can cycle back individually or together with the group.
