We are digitally connected, smartly controlled, and AI-optimized … and yet our survival still depends on soil fertility and clean drinking water. The agribusiness industry is making great efforts to secure our food supply—amid declining soil fertility and under the capitalist pressures of our economic system—using chemical and technical aids.
But the cost to our environment and our health keeps rising. Is there a way out of this vicious cycle? On our farm, we want to discuss the pros and cons of possible alternatives. As a community-supported agriculture (CSA) organization, we farm in solidarity with nature and people—for a sustainable future for our planet. You’ll experience the differences firsthand!
