Build your own bow
Experience a special adventure. Build your own bow and learn how to shoot accurately! Where and when? With the Schnitzmobil in the mobile bow-making workshop.
Children aged six and over, alone or accompanied by a parent, can build their own bow under expert guidance.
They carve, saw and plane on historical workbenches with tools from their grandfather's time. Bamboo is used, a material that guarantees a long service life and accuracy of the bow, and each bow is unique and suitable for its archer. After the bow is made, there is an introduction to instinctive archery. This all takes about an hour.
The course is run by experienced instructors who are qualified in traditional woodcraft and bow making. Come along and experience it for yourself.
